About me and my practice
My private practice blends online and telephone work (as well as face to face counselling across three counties).
I usually work by offering an initial six sessions, which can be extended with regular reviews, although the number of sessions is flexible and dependent upon your needs.
My approach blends person-centred counselling skills with an existential worldview; in short, I offer an empathic, non-judgemental space where you will be respected and made comfortable as we explore your world and what is troubling you
Experience
I have been counselling clients for almost six years, have run a successful private practice for more than three and a half years, and have worked with a wide range of clients, of all ages, helping them with a number of emotional difficulties. I have more than 2,500 hours of client experience.
